Corona Virus

Pil-Sung, It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing the closure of the main school until March 31st. I am doing so due to the proclamation of our governor. I understand why it has come to this and I would never want anyone to fall ill from coming to one of our classes. Or pass the virus to someone in their family or friends.

Please practice at home. I will be working at posting YouTube videos of forms and one steps. I still believe that regular exercise will lower stress and boast your immune system.
The sun is shining, and it will rise again tomorrow.
I will post more information on Facebook.
Today and every day, I hope you are well and happy and have love in your life.
Mr. Bob Sledge

Resuming Classes

Pil-Sung,

This is from the state of Iowa website.
B. Fitness centers: A fitness center, health club, health spa, or gym may reopen or remain open, but only to the extent that it complies with the following requirements:
(1) Capacity limited: The establishment must limit the number of customers present to 50% of its maximum legal occupancy capacity.
(2) Social distancing: The establishment must ensure that all equipment, such as treadmills, bikes, weight machines, benches, and power racks, are spaced at least six feet apart or take other appropriate measures to ensure that more closely spaced equipment is not used.
(3) Group activities: Any group activities or classes must be limited to ten or fewer people and all people participating must maintain a distance of six feet apart at all times.

Now I know many of you still don't feel that you can work out with a group. That is completely understandable. The link to the sign up page is for the main school and Zoom online classes. Please contact your instructors about what is happening with your branch.

There will be the limits to classes held at the Dojang starting on Monday. For the time being classes at the main school will be following the social distancing and 10 person limit. So classes will be structured differently.

Pil-sung, The following is a link to a signup website to signup for online classes and now classes at the main school:

Thank you for patience and dedication during these challenging tines.I am doing deep cleaning and making preparations for training with "social distancing". And you will see brown and black belt classes. Look for Black and Brown Classes on Tuesdays and Saturdays also.
